Why nGenius Prep?

This Isn’t a Tutoring Gig. It’s a Real Position.

Most tutoring companies treat tutors like replaceable parts. You show up, you follow a script, you get paid barely above minimum wage, and you prep on your own time. That’s not how we operate.

At nGenius Prep, you’re a real member of a small team. You get a proven methodology. You get paid for every hour you work β€” including prep. And you get to watch students actually improve, because the system works.

We’re looking for people who are great at explaining things, who genuinely enjoy working with high school students, and who want flexible part-time work that actually pays well.
