What Is the CHOOSE Act?
The Alabama CHOOSE Act(Creating Hope and Opportunity for Our Students’ Education) gives eligible Alabama families an Education Savings Account (ESA) with up to $7,000 per year (or $2,000 for homeschool families) to spend on approved educational services — including ACT test prep from qualified providers like nGenius Prep.
Payments are managed through ClassWallet. Once you have your invoice from nGenius Prep, you submit it through your ClassWallet account and they process payment directly — or you can pay upfront and use the invoice to request reimbursement.

Yes. nGenius Prep (Four Stones Digital LLC) is a qualified Education Service Provider under the CHOOSE Act. Our ACT prep programs are an approved use of CHOOSE Act education savings account funds.
How does payment work through ClassWallet?
ClassWallet manages the payment disbursements for CHOOSE Act families. After generating your invoice on this page, you'll receive it by email. Log in to your ClassWallet account at classwallet.com/alchoose, submit the invoice for your chosen nGenius Prep program, and ClassWallet will process the payment directly to us. Alternatively, you may pay upfront and use your invoice to request reimbursement through ClassWallet.
Can I use my CHOOSE Act funds to pay for a program I've already started?
Reimbursement policies are set by the CHOOSE Act program and ClassWallet, not by nGenius Prep. We recommend generating your invoice before enrolling and confirming the reimbursement policy with ClassWallet. Contact us if you have questions about timing.
What if my total program cost exceeds my CHOOSE Act balance?
You can use your CHOOSE Act funds to cover part of the cost and pay the remaining balance out of pocket. Your invoice will show the full program amount — ClassWallet will apply your available balance, and you can pay the difference directly to nGenius Prep.
